Shipping Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States) Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For US orders we offer Economy Shipping and Standard Shipping. The options and rates available to you, and the delivery estimate for each, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free Shipping US orders with a total of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. The free option is applied automatically at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout by carrier (USPS or DHL Express) and are not eligible for the free-shipping offer. Customs, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country, are not included in the order total or shipping rate, and are the responsibility of the customer. If your country is not listed, we do not currently ship there.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shane@volkanusa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement at no charge, as set out in our Refund Policy. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at shane@volkanusa.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Please keep all packaging materials.
